It directly tackles the massive threat of Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), which are huge problems in the digital world. It's a call to action to completely stop these abuses and fiercely protect kids' safety and rights. The government does have strong laws like the Anti-Child Pornography Act and specialized units in the police and DSWD. This shows they are serious about their role as the primary protector of children. However, the biggest issue is implementation. Enforcing these laws against online abuse is tough because the internet is global and the material spreads so fast.
